Motor City Connect was the first sizable business networking group to bring it's members together both online and in the real world. Since the beginning of 2007 we have grown to over 5,000 members online and have hosted as many as 14 meetings in a calendar month. Our aim is simple: We help our people achieve in business for the betterment of our community.

Our typical face to face meetings contain lively discussions about relevant topics germane to business and life today. One of our staples is that we don't do elevator pitches or 30 second commercials: we focus on the ASK (a super quick way to introduce yourself and let others know who you're looking to meet so we have a chance at helping you). We have had  special events featuring wonderful speakers like Josh Linkner, Tom Wilson, John Assaraf and Bob Burg.

Our community service work includes helping Operation: Kid Equip, Blight Busters, The American Red Cross, Children's Hospital and many more.
